1. Situation briefing

환불 means refund. 교환 means exchange. 반품 means return. In real stores, staff often check the receipt and payment method first.
If the product is defective, 불량 is useful. If you want a different size or color, use 사이즈 or 색상.
Some stores allow exchange but not refund. Listen for 가능해요 or 안 돼요.
