A simple factory quality-control flow often starts with 검수기준. First, understand the standard. Then check the product. If the product passes, it can move forward. If there is a defect, separate the item, report it, and wait for the next instruction.

Usage Notes

검수 is not only “looking at” a product. It means checking against a standard. The standard may include size, color, quantity, damage, packaging, label, or function. That is why 검수기준 is important.

불량, 불량품, and 품질불량 are related but not identical. 불량 is a defect in general. 불량품 is the defective product itself. 품질불량 emphasizes that the defect is a quality problem.

생산라인 and 공정관리 help you understand where a problem may come from. If several products have the same defect, the issue may not be one product only. It may be connected to the process.

What to Do When You Find a Defect

When you find a defect, do not quietly place the item back into the normal product flow. First, stop and separate the item if your workplace uses a separate box or area for defective products. Then check the inspection criteria and report the issue. This habit protects the customer, the company, and the workers on the next step of the line.

In Korean, you can report the issue with a short sentence. 불량품이 있습니다 is clear. If the problem is repeated, say 같은 불량이 반복됩니다, meaning “The same defect keeps repeating.” If you are not sure, use 품질팀에 확인하겠습니다, meaning “I will check with the quality team.”
