Inspection notices in Korea can appear in apartment buildings, public offices, workplaces, schools, clinics, and local government messages. They often look short, but they may tell you when someone needs access, where an inspection happens, who is responsible, and what you must confirm. This lesson teaches the Korean words that help foreign residents understand inspection schedules and required access notices.

Read the Schedule, Access, and Contact Words First

When you see 점검, 검사, or 안내문, look for three practical details: 일정 for the schedule, 출입 or 방문 for access, and 문의 or 담당자 for the contact person. These words tell you whether the notice is only informational or whether you need to open a door, answer a call, submit confirmation, or be present at a certain time.

This lesson is for language learning only. If an inspection notice affects housing safety, immigration, taxes, insurance, employment, or building access, contact the office or manager listed in the notice.
