Two step-by-step training dialogues
1
A worker requests a demonstration from the beginning and records the numbered sequence.
2
The worker tries under observation, receives a posture correction and delays independent work until checked.
Before working without the trainer
- I saw the complete method
- The first step and start point are clear
- The correct tool and setting are known
- Speed and force limits are clear
- The stop point is known
- The trainer watched my attempt
- The wrong step was corrected
- Any note or photo was authorized
- The safe restart point is known
- Independent work was explicitly approved
What repeated training does not authorize
- Episode 13 covers unclear speech
- Episode 15 explains common commands
- Observation does not replace required certification
- A photo is prohibited unless the workplace approves it
- Never practise on energized or moving equipment unless the training procedure specifically controls the hazard
Training must follow the workplace’s guarding, isolation, protective-equipment and supervision rules. If the demonstration differs from the written standard or creates an immediate danger, stop and ask the responsible supervisor to resolve it.
