Signed-in users can permanently delete their BSKorean account and synced learning data from inside the Android app.
This action cannot be undone.Your account, synced study records, and review items are removed.
Delete the account in the app
- Open BSKorean and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Privacy and account.
- Select Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your BSKorean member profile and sign-in session
- Synced study records and answer history
- Synced wrong-word and review items
- Account-linked learning preferences
The shared Korean word catalog is app content and is not personal account data. The app remains available for guest learning.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@bs3001.com from the address connected to your account and request account deletion. Never include a password or Google sign-in code.
