1. Confirm whether pay is late

Check the agreed regular payday before describing the payment as late.

Compare amounts without posting a full bank screen or wage statement.

3. Identify the pay period or changed date

A transfer may cover a different period; ask whether the payday changed and when notice was given.

4. Locate a missing item

Name the item that appears missing and request a recalculation rather than guessing.

5. Compare work and bank records

Keep the original attendance, statement and transaction record with dates.

Ask who owns payroll and when a concrete answer will arrive.

Record the promised correction date and ask for a corrected statement.

When to use an official channel

• Do not post a full bank screen
• Never send a password or OTP
• Do not alter original records
• Use the official form only when needed
• For an unresolved case, contact 1350 or the competent office
