- Landlord and tenant: copy legal names, address, contact and resident, corporate or foreign resident number from verified identity and the signed contract.
- Property: choose the housing type and write the full address, building, floor, unit, rented area and room count exactly; use the building register when the type or area is unclear.
- New contract: enter the deposit, monthly rent, contract period and signing date in won and calendar dates exactly as executed.

- Result: file online or with the authority over the property’s location, save the receipt/report certificate, verify fixed-date status, and separately report a later price change or termination when required.
Example only — do not submit: Lina P. signs a monthly-rent contract for an apartment in a current reporting area, with a KRW 10,000,000 deposit and KRW 650,000 monthly rent. Within 30 days she copies both parties’ identity, the exact unit address, area, new-contract box, deposit, rent, period and signing date from the executed contract.
