A hotel lobby feels simple until you must confirm a reservation, understand a deposit, find your room, or explain that the key card does not work. This lesson keeps the Korean short, polite, and practical.

Do not try to describe every detail at once. At a hotel, one clear sentence usually works better: I have a reservation, the key card is not working, the room is too cold, may I get more towels, can I store my luggage?

The goal is not perfect grammar. The goal is to protect your stay: confirm the important information, ask for help early, and repeat the answer back before you leave the desk.
